The Ghana Kitchen

The Ghana Kitchen is led and executed by an open, interdisciplinary collaborative of Ghanaian designers, architects, artists, engineers and researchers, investigating new models of collaboration and design research to produce built projects as a catalyst for content-responsive and urgent innovation.
The Ghana Kitchen investigates the spatialization of the kitchen in response to two intersecting drivers – food and human activity. ANO's Mobile Museum is used as a way of education and learning from different regions in Ghana on kitchen spatialization practices, culinary arts and culture.
